Angelfood Ministries

Today we got our first boxes from Angel Food Ministries.

For lunch we are making the Chicken nuggets, they look wonderful.

We are making this recipe from Paula Deen for dip.

Green Onion Honey Dip:
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 teaspoon salt
Place all ingredients in a small bowl and mix until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Yield: 1 1/4 cups

So far so good.

First crocheted blanket

I started this as a baby gift but once Kate saw the colors she gave me those puppy dog eyes, so, yeah its hers now.

Speaking of today she said to me "Mom dont you want to be a dog?" "Um, No Kate I dont, but Im guessing you do?" heh, then she gave me her goof ball smile.

Oh, this feels good!

WOW, have I missed blogging!

What a great time of year to get back into it, Christmas! SWEET!

I feel the need to simplify and have a place to write to my friends. So here is a blog where I can talk about anything and everything, knitting, homeschooling, children, friends, etc. So welcome to d. all of the above.
